Housing Services at Guantanamo Bay

Available in Unaccompanied Housing (Barracks) and Family Housing (FH) at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay (NSGB), Viasat provides high-speed, reliable internet and voice services. Our services provide all-inclusive pricing, meaning no long-term commitments, no hardware lease fees, and no taxes.

For Family Housing (FH):

Houses are already equipped with all the hardware you need to support your entire home! To activate your service, simply:

  1. Use a Wi-Fi enabled device to connect to the goWiFi network
  2. The password is the WPA2 key found on your pre-installed Viasat modem
  3. Open your web browser, sign-up for service, and login using your new username and password.

For Unaccompanied Housing (Barracks):

Connect your mobile device to the goWiFi network and sign up for the service you want.

Viasat goWiFi is available across almost all US Navy bases. So, if you already have a goWiFi account, then your plan will automatically work on this base.
